Festival de Arte y Ecología (MAPR)

“Festival de Arte y Ecología” (Art & Ecology Festival) was a series of twelve different workshops, free to the community, that inspired connections and sensibility towards nature through artistic practices.

The workshops ran for two days, consisting of six workshops each, three given in the morning and three in the evening.  Each one provided an artistic practice that invited the public to create more sensibility and closeness towards natural Life. The workshops given included: bundle dyeing, botanical inks, block printing, recycled paper creation, and more.

My work consisted in coordinating and managing all aspects of this education project, including: the creation of graphics, concept, registration form, and outreach to participants and workshop resources (educators and material acquisitions), public management and more.
